Daycare Swimming Pet Transport

 Yes, all of the dogs must be vaccinated for Distemper, Adenovirus and Parvovirus (aka DHLPP combo or variation). We also encourage dogs to be vaccinated for Bordetella (kennel cough vaccine). Guardians must provide supporting documents and are required to fill out a form ensuring that their dog is current on all of our required vaccines and in good health. We also think it is important your veterinarian knows that your dog is enrolling into daycare. 

 The trial session is conducted to assess that your dog is compatible with the dog daycare environment. For the safety and well-being of all our guests it is required that all dogs go through a screening process. This gives our staff an assessment as to whether your dog will enjoy participating in the daycare process as well at that time we test for aggressive or antisocial behaviours. We ensure that all dogs in our facility are safe to interact with other dogs in a pack environment. Our customers want to know that their dog is safe, and having fun with other non aggressive dogs 

 We do not separate small and large dogs during daycare. All of the dogs that come here have to be nice, whether they are big or little. We find that dogs rarely look at each other in relation to size, but more so to their ability to communicate and interact appropriately using good dog manners. 

 Yes. We offer lunch service to dogs at no additional charge. Simply bring your dog’s food in a ziplock bag or other container clearly labelled with their name and let our staff know that you would like for your dog to be served lunch while they are here. 

We require reservations at least 24 hours prior.  If you need to cancel your reservation, please give us a text to let us know. There is no penalty as long as we receive a text within 12 hours of your reservation. If you don’t keep your daycare appointment, the day will be deducted from your session or billed as we have held a spot for your dog that day.
